REGISTRATION


All registrations must be made thru the online form, available in the Conference website.

The Organization only accepts online registrations. If you are not able to register online, please contact the Conference Office.

Participants must done a single registration in order to have access to NATO Medical Conference 2009 and 8th NATO Blood Conference.

Both conferences will take place simultaneously although in different rooms. Participants access will only be limited by the number of seats available at the moment.

There will be an Exercise/ Workshop session in the second day of the conference, October 1st. Due to its practical character, it will take place in a room prepared for a maximum number of 40 participants. Pre-reservation is necessary.

Please note that once the registration form has been submitted, payment is due.
All registrations will be acknowledged by e-mail with confirmation of registration details according to the submitted Registration Form.

Please note: Registrations will not be validated until payment is received as well as the payment proof.

Proof of payment must be sent by e-mail to payment-nato@inem.pt indicating all the registrations included.

A summary of your registration details will be emailed to you once your registration is finalized.

Please print your registration confirmation and payment proof and show it at the Conference Check-in.

* Students are required to submit an official letter on their Institution’s letterhead OR photocopy of their 2008/2009 Student ID from the Institution where they are studying indicating proof of their Student status. Please e-mail this information to the Conference Administrative Secretariat - nmc2009@cognicao.pt. Registration will not be processed without receipt of this documentation.
