Everyone attending the Welcome Dinner must present the personal invitation given by the Conference Office at the moment of check-in. 

Dinner at the Black & Silver Room and Show
Although included in Conference Fee, the pre-reservation is necessary and the occupancy is limited (you should select the Welcome Dinner option in the registration online form).

Accompanying Person - € 60,00
All the participants are allowed to take 1 accompanying person.
The pre-reservation for the accompanying persons must be made by the participant, in the same online form.
Pre-reservation is necessary and the occupancy is limited.

Access to the Dinner Room will only be possible for those presenting their personal invitation.
