EXHIBITION AND SPONSORSHIP
The Organization Committee as identified some entities with profile and capacity to sponsor the NATO Medical Conference 2009, and with interest in participating as exhibitors.
Exhibition space is available at the NATO Medical Conference 2009 venue.
Technical Exhibition
The area provided for the Technical Exhibition covers the 1st and 2nd floors of Estoril Congress Centre, according to the plants.
Spaces Rent
- 9 m2 Stands (3x3) - 6.300,00 €
- 18 m2 Stands (3x6) - 11.700,00 €
- 36 m2 Stands (6x6) - 21.600,00 €
- Stand Cleaning - 2,00 € / m2 / day
The price of the model stand includes
- Liquid exhibition space (without the structure).
- Supply of monophasic electrical energy (consume paid by the exhibitor) - Deal with Estoril Congress Centre.
- Inclusion of the name on the exhibitors’ catalogue.
Place and Schedule
The exhibition will be from September 29th to October 2nd 2009
The official opening will be September 30th 2009.
Opening Schedule
The exhibition will be open for the participants of the Conference during the following schedule:
- September 29th: from 12.00 to 18.30 pm
- September 30th and October 1st: from 08.00 am to 18.30 pm
- October 2nd: from 08.00 am to 14.30 pm
Mounting
- The stands mounting and material delivery is allowed between 09.00 am and 18.00 pm on the 27th and 28th of September. The specific areas for loading and unloading must be rigorously respected - Deal with Estoril Congress Centre.
Dismounting
- The stands dismounting and the withdrawal of exhibition articles will be compulsorily done between 14.30 and 19.00 pm on 2nd October, or on the 3rd October from 09.00 am to 18.00 pm - Deal with Estoril Congress Centre.
Exhibitors Staff
No type of registration for exhibitors’ staff is considered.
Space reservation for the exhibition area
- The exhibitors are supposed to book the required space by filling in a sponsor form and sending it to the organisation.
- The exhibition area will be conferred by the organising committee based on the principle the first to arrive will be the first to be served, not mentioning the prior platinum, gold and silver sponsors.
